Orders will be sent out in 2-3 business days (4-6 weeks for commissions) upon payment clearance unless discussed otherwise. I will send items via USPS or UPS, which include tracking. For Express shipping, please email me at email@example.com so we can plan accordingly.
Please double check that you have the correct address on file. If the address is incorrect, please message me within 24 hours so I can change the address on the shipping label. If the package is mailed prior to you contacting me for an address change, you will need to pay to have the items replaced.
Please understand that once the package has been delivered to the post office, I no longer have control over the package. I am not liable for any mistakes, delays, or damages caused by the post office. If you would like to add insurance, please email me before purchasing! Please be patient and contact me if you do not receive your package.
Returns and Exchanges
I will accept returns and exchanges only if there is something wrong on my part. For example, if I sent you the wrong product. Please send me an email with photos attached, and I will gladly work to resolve the issue.

Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake is on my end. If the item is not returned in its original condition or as shown in your photo, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
